Hot Shot Firefighters Salute

An emergency responder is a person of a different breed, they think of others and safety before themselves. They give of their time,bodies,personal safety and family safety to protect others. When the Granite Mountain, AZ Hot Shot firefighter crew got the call that they were needed in Yarnell, AZ they headed in to do their jobs. The Hot Shot crew was ravaged by flames taking 19 members of the crew as they attempted to fight the lightning caused fire. As Arizona and our country grieve and honor the lives of the Hot Shot 19, read the sentiments expressed around the country here.
