Lea Michele was seen going about her business this week, making it the first time she's been scoped in public since her boyfriend and 'Glee' co-star, Cory Monteith, died suddenly of an accidental overdose on July 13.

We're glad to see the healing process is underway.

Michele was spotted on Sunday, July 28, being driven around Los Angeles while in deep conversation with a female friend and sporting a necklace that appeared to spell out "Cory" in cursive script -- a statement piece she's been spotted wearing before, but which is now all the more poignant.

Lea's public appearance comes shortly after her first tweet since Cory's tragic passing, in which she shared a personal photo and thanked fans for their support.

In addition to grieving with Cory's family, the actress also recently helped organize a private memorial for the cast and crew of 'Glee.' Monteith's character Finn will reportedly die in the third episode of the show's new season (but since it's still being written, details are scant).

In addition, there will be a tribute to Cory during this year's Emmy Awards, which will take place on Sept. 22.
