Normally if you heard Miley Cyrus complaining that she couldn't control her libido, you'd assume she was just trying really hard to be edgy again. But this time, Cyrus is actually making a hilarious, timely and important point.

Cyrus tweeted the following to Cosmopolitan:

The sex-happy mag responded, "Sexing randoms, the usual #CantControlMyLibido."

The hilarious exchange was in response to right wing talking head and former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee, who spoke out in protest of government-funded healthcare paying for birth control.

Huckabee said, "If the Democrats want to insult the women of America by making them believe that they are helpless without Uncle Sugar coming in and providing them a prescription each month for birth control because they cannot control their libido or their reproductive system without the help of the government, then so be it."
