You've experienced a power-outage before, right? So you're familiar with the split second of panic when it happens. Now imagine it happening during a basketball game.

Tonight during the Mandan vs. Bismarck girls basketball game, the civic center lost power during the second half of the game. After further investigation, I learned the whole area had lost power. Talk about an inconvenient power outage!
