4th of July

Townsquare Media is excited to celebrate 136 years of the Mandan Rodeo by kicking off the 4th of July weekend with Family Night Thursday, July 2nd.

You haven't truly experienced 4th of July fireworks until you've experienced them from the viewpoint of a drone flying dead center through all of the explosive action.

Right Now! The place to be is downtown Mandan. The far end of Main Street is closed by the park and depot.

With the 4th coming up,  your seeing the tents popping up in the usual places and now it's time to review the ordinances for celebrating with fireworks in the area.

The whirlwind of a week we call Fourth of July is officially wrapped. With the exception of a few hours on the morning of the 4th, the weather was outstanding for all of the week's events, including Mandan Rodeo Days.

Mother Nature surely tried, but even she couldn't dampen the spirits of the thousands of spectators who lined the streets of Mandan for the annual Independence Day Parade.

The special was hosted by her high-energy hubby Nick Cannon, who said she is his favorite artist. Well duh, of course he is biased.

Selena Gomez hit the stage at Liberty State Park tonight (July 4) to perform her hit single 'Come & Get It' for the 2013 edition of the Macy's Fourth of July Spectacular, with the brand new World Trade Center building, which is still being erected, looming large in the background. ...
