We all know that North Dakota enjoys adult beverages. After all, we do own the title of the drunkest state in America. It's almost shocking to see only two North Dakota cities on this particular list.

Recently, North Dakota was named the state with the best 'quality of life.' However, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy some adult beverages while enjoying that quality of life...or does it?
