There are currently 19 states that require drivers to have only a single license plate. North Dakota may become the 20th.

Earlier this year, we brought you the story of a North Dakota license plate that was revoked after the owner posted its lewd hidden message online. Now Minnesota is revoking a plate with a much more blatant and bigoted message.
