Wednesday's forecast is calling for possible ground blizzard conditions that will start early afternoon and continue on into Thursday morning. Forecasted wind chills for Thursday will be brutally cold.

Thursday and Friday of this week, the National Weather Service in Bismarck is forecasting wind chills dropping to 50 degrees below zero. They are considered to be "dangerous to life-threatening."
