The Chocolate Walk Is Coming To Mandan!

Here's something that would make Willy Wonka jealous.  The Mandan Progress Organization is pleased to announce that the Chocolate Walk is coming on Saturday, February 6th.  The event aims to attract shoppers to town through FREE treats to be given away at local businesses.  "The Mandan Progress Organization encourages everyone to shop Mandan on Saturday, February 6th to experience small town hospitality and big savings, said Manan Progress Organization Executive Director Dot Frank.  Great weekend to get your Valentines gift?

The Chocolate Walk is an all day event open to all ages. Hours are based on each participating business’ store hours, which are listed on the event’s Facebook page and on the event posters.

To date the Chocolate Walk includes more than a dozen Mandan local businesses from hair salons and coffee shops to restaurants and firearms dealers.

This Chocolate Walk is one of several events planned throughout the year coordinated by the Mandan Progress Organization's Small Business Events Committee. In addition to the "Chocolate Walk," the committee is planning to host the "Shamrock Shuffle," "Treat Trail" and "Shop Small Mandan."

One thing that's great about the city of Mandan.  It seems like there's always something going on, that's for sure.  The city works hard to create events for it's businesses and people from all walks of life.
