It looks like a local coffee shop will soon be trading hands.

I saw the announcement/listing on BismanOnline.com; the owners of Mocha Mama's LLC are looking for a buyer.

Why The Sale?

In the listing, the owners gave an explanation as to why they made the choice to sell.

They said that they are too busy to run the coffee shop full time; both owners have other full time jobs and kids to take care of. Here's what the post said:

"We are looking to sell our coffee shop. We, unfortunately, are just to busy to run it full time as both my wife and I have FT jobs as well as kiddo activities."

Hey, I get it life gets busy and sometimes you have to make a big change to do what's best for you and your family.

The owners hope that someone will buy the shop and preserve what they built and what the community loves.

"This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who can run it themselves, the product is great and the customers are wonderful."

As you can see, this isn't a goodbye to the business.

Listing Price

The BisMan online listing has the coffee shop priced at $60,000, but the owners are open to other offers.

If you don't know where it's at and want to drive by and check it out, head to north Bismarck; i's located at 1035 E Interstate Ave.

Personally, I would buy it if I could afford to. It's a feminine urge to open a coffee shop and wish your life was more like a Hallmark movie.
