The Closer You Sleep, The Happier You Are
According to a new study, happy couples sleep very, VERY close together.
A survey of 1000 persons found that those who slept close to their partners had an 86% chance of saying they were happy in their relationship compared to only 66% of people who sleep 30 inches or more away from each other.
Another factor that was revealed was that 94% of couples who made physical contact through the night reported to be happy, compared to 68% of couples that keep their distance.
So take some time to cuddle up every now and again. Besides releasing endorphin's into your body, it could lead to overall relationship happiness.
