Why Do Doctors Offices Have to be THAT Color? [POLL]

Over the years, I have had to spend an OBSCENE amount of time in doctors offices. All that time in their offices, I realized one thing... They all use identical paint for their walls!

You would think that they would go for a relaxing vibe in the exam room... but it's ALWAYS beige.

I don't know if it drives me insane because I have subconsciously linked the color to the reason I'm at the doctors (most of the time, it's because some complication is causing me pain) or if the overall lack of color gives my mind nothing else to focus on so I obsess over the blandness of the walls

Either way... I HATE IT!

Is it just me?
