North Dakota’s Top Misspelled Word Might Surprise You

Nobody's perfect. Sometimes autocorrect does us dirty. Sometimes their, they're, and there can get a little tricky. We misspell words all of the time.

Okay, now let's look at North Dakota's most commonly misspelled word of 2025. According to the study, the word we struggle to spell is "Daughter."

Okay, now that we've gotten that out of the way, let's make fun of a couple of other states because surely there have to be some worse ones out there.

Nevada! According to the source, Nevada's most misspelled word is "School." Can we just take a second to appreciate that irony?

Tennessee's is "Broccoli." Dear Tennessee, you are the hard word no one likes to spell. You have six "S's"  and ten "E's" in your name. If you can spell that, you can spell broccoli. Work on it.
