North Dakota McDonald’s Rolling Out Adult Happy Meals

For many of us, ordering a Happy Meal is a core childhood memory. We begged our parents to take us to McDonald's and get us a happy m;, it was about the experience.

As a kid, there was nothing more exciting than opening up those little cardboard boxes with our tiny fingers. We couldn't wait to spill our french fries all over mom's floorboard and see what prize was hiding next to our chicken nuggies.

There was something kind of magical about it.

Now, as adults, we get to have a little moment of nostalgia

According to Fox Business, on August 12th McDonald's will soon offer adult happy meals. That's right, North Dakota adults get to be kids again!

They are calling it the McDonaldland Meal. Each meal comes with a Quarter Pounder with cheese, or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, fries, and a mystery-flavored Mt. McDonaldland Shake.

OH, and don't worry, according to the source, we get prizes too; collectible tins, postcards, and stickers inspired by the McDonald's fantasy world will also be featured in the meal.

That's right, they are bringing back some of the classic McDonald's characters like Grimace and the Hamburgler.

The source says the company also announced that in early September, McDonald's will also be offering new drink options like cold brews and refreshers to 500 stores.

There are lots of exciting new things happening at McDonald's.

Keep in mind, we haven't heard how long these adult happy meals will be available, so I'd get one as soon as you can so you don't miss out.
