Lincoln, ND Hosts 9th Annual Mud Volleyball Fundraiser Saturday
Miles of Love Dog Rescue's 9th annual mud volleyball tournament is taking place in Lincoln this weekend (Saturday, Aug. 1st) on Humbert Rd. The event is a fundraiser for Miles of Love Dog Rescue. Talk about a fun way to do something good for our community!
Mud Volleyball Tournament
You've probably heard of sand volleyball, but what about mud volleyball? It's just as fun, but a lot messier. I actually participated in the tournament a couple of years ago. Was it easy? No. Fun? Absolutely. My team was called "Show Me Your Pitties."

There were times when the mud was up to my shins! I felt like that horse in The NeverEnding Story. Luckily, the "quicksand" did not best me.
This year, my team is called "The Leg Lifters." Take a look at our team shirts.

If you see a bunch of people covered head to toe in mud this weekend, don't worry, nothing's wrong, and no, they haven't been doing some extreme gardening. It's MUD VOLLEYBALL! Just when you think you've seen it all, you catch a glimpse of something in BisMan that surprises you yet again.
Mud Volleyball Time & Registration Info
The event kicks off bright and early Saturday morning at 8:30 am. Registration is closed, but spectators are just as welcome — plus there'll be food, adoptable dogs, and a cooler auction on site.
