Jason Momoa Finally Talks to Fish in the Final ‘Aquaman’ Trailer
My birthday is December 23. All I want this year is a scene in James Wan’s Aquaman where Aquaman, played by Jason Momoa, rides a giant seahorse. That’s it. Give me that, and I’m happy.
I never would have thought such a thing was possible. But I look at this Aquaman trailer and now I am starting to believe. This is not a grim, dark DC film. It’s bright, and poppy, and weird. Jason Momoa uses that power that Aquaman used to use on the Super Friends where he controls fish and concentric circles emerge from his head. That is glorious. All we need now is the giant seahorse — preferably with a saddle, but I’m not picky.
The official synopsis:
From Warner Bros. Pictures and director James Wan comes an action-packed adventure that spans the vast, visually breathtaking underwater world of the seven seas, “Aquaman,” starring Jason Momoa in the title role. The film reveals the origin story of half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry and takes him on the journey of his lifetime—one that will not only force him to face who he really is, but to discover if he is worthy of who he was born to be ... a king.
Aquaman opens in theaters on December 21, my man. Hopefully with seahorses.
