The restaurant aims to bring a one-of-a-kind, upscale dining experience to the area, featuring fine wines, cocktails, and two exclusive dinner seatings.

Aquilon's kitchen will be led by Cody Monson, former executive chef of the Huckleberry House. Right now they are looking for more people to fill the team. According to Indeed, they are hiring four experienced servers, an experienced bartender, and a bar manager. Interviews are scheduled to start later this month, October 21st.
