Ariana Grande’s Ex Ricky Alvarez Might Be Joining Her on Sweetener Tour
As Ariana Grande gears up to begin her Sweetener World Tour in March, there's enough evidence to suggest that her ex-boyfriend Ricky Alvarez is joining her. Cosmopolitan pointed out that the two friendly exes have been leaving comments on each other's Instagram, which definitely hint that we might be seeing them back on tour together.
In case you didn't know, Alvarez is a back-up dancer—which is how he and Grande met—so it's not unlikely. But what really gave it away is a comment left on his pic during "7 Rings" party last week. Under a photo of Alvarez, music director Alfred Flores, and photographer Stefan Kohli, Grande wrote "the best team. see y'all on touuuur."
He's also been promoting her stuff on his social media like crazy:
We won't know for sure without more details, but Grande and Alvarez have been spending a lot of time together lately. However, the "thank u, next" singer made it very clear that there's nothing romantic going on between them. She shut down the rumors before they could even get started by writing, “We’re friends everyone take a big ol breather" on one of his pics.
So, there you have it. No, they're not dating, but they might be tour buddies again.
