I sit out on my second-floor balcony here in Bismarck almost every night, and at about the same time too - I watch the same neighbors walk their dog, the SAME ones that are led outside in the bitter cold to do their business. I saw this article and I immediately thought of them - When you retire to bed for the night, does "Man's (OR Woman) Best Friend" join you? Is there a designated spot on the bed for your pooch to stretch out and grab some ZZzzzz's? The situation can be RUFF sometimes, especially if there is another human alongside.
