Bismarck Gas Station Closing Its Doors

I don't know about you, but I am awful when it comes to getting gas. I actually just forget to get it; I don't even hear the car beeping at me... I've managed to tune it out over the years. I'm sure I will run out of gas on the side of the road one day.

That said, I don't want that happening to you!

News Of The Store Closing

It looks like there will be one less gas station in Bismarck. If you typically stop at the Kum & Go on E. Rosser, you might want to make plans to start using a different gas station.

I first heard about this from a post on Bismarck's People Reporting News Facebook page.

Looking through the comments of the post, you will notice people saying that they have seen signs throughout the store that say they’re gonna be closing permanently on August 5th.

Just to be sure, I called the gas station and spoke to an employee; I was told this news is true.

Yes, the Kum & Go gas station on E Rosser will indeed be closing in a couple weeks. The employee told me that they haven't gotten word from the owners/company as to why the store is closing.

What's Next?

Could it simply be a rebranding? Could it be, that someone else bought the gas station and it will be switching owners? It’s hard to say this early.

There you have it. Bismarck is losing a gas station, at least for a short time. Keep in mind, that August 5th is the closing date.
