Bismarck’s Papa’s Pumpkin Patch Announces Opening Dates For 2026 Season

A North Dakota fall favorite, Papa's Pumpkin Patch, is opening for the 2026 season. In a Facebook post, the patch owners revealed it will be opening September 12 through October 25th.

Keep in mind, Papa's has a new location this year. Don't worry, you won't need new directions; it's just across the fence from last year's location, at 4205 Burnt Creek Lp., Bismarck.

Papa's Passes The Baton After 40+ Years

The pumpkin patch has operated in Bismarck for more than 40 years under the Pearce family and has had a relationship with their neighbors, Grandpa Al's Hayrides, for more than 30 years. This year, the pumpkin patch owners announced they would pass the baton to those same neighbors to keep the fun fall Papa's Pumpkin traditions alive.

Other North Dakota Pumpkin Patches To Open Soon

Papa's isn't the only pumpkin patch opening soon. Here's what else is on our North Dakota calendar this fall.

Berry Acres - Opens September 12th and will have new attractions such as: Basketball arcade, life-sized Connect Four, and deck shuffleboard.

Nelson's Pumpkin Patch - Open September 5th - October 25th

Lil' Bitz Pumpkin Patch - Opens September 19th
