Changes Ahead: Bismarck Restaurant Now Under New Ownership
Things are changing all of the time in North Dakota. This is especially true in the capital city. Bismarck has new businesses popping up all of the time.
While we aren't getting a new business (at least in this report), we are going to see some changes at an existing one.
Oahu was one of the first restaurants I visited when I moved to Bismarck, North Dakota. While I thought it was a perfectly fine restaurant, it looks like some changes are coming.
Oahu Hawaiian BBQ
Oahu Hawaiian BBQ Sushi bar has been open in the Bismarck community for quite some time. Today (February 17th, 2025), a Facebook post announced that the restaurant is undergoing a transition and will soon be operating under new ownership. They will be making this change over the next few months and ask customers to be patient as they do this.
If you have a gift card to Oahu, the post says you need to use it by March 31st, 2025.
Changes Coming
Right now, we can only speculate about what changes will be made. Will there be a new menu? A remodel? A new name altogether? It's too soon to tell.
Have you ever eaten at Oahu? What did you think? What changes would you like to see at this restaurant? Send us a message in the app.
Now, let's take a second to dream about other businesses we hope to see in Bismarck someday.
