Demi Lovato has gone through some major ups and downs, but while her career is soaring, she's still focusing on her sobriety. In fact, the singer even resides in a sober living facility.

According to TMZ, the 'X Factor' judge has been living in a Los Angeles area recovery home for over a year. Different facilities have varying rules in place, but sober housing usually offers a supervised living environment that enforces structure, accountability and responsibility.

The news comes after the recent rumor that Lovato is back in rehab. The 20-year-old was fingered as the subject of a blind item from Blind Gossip, which said that the reason behind the celeb's Twitter hiatus was her return to treatment.

In 2010, the 'Give Your Heart a Break' singer admitted that she suffered from bipolar disorder and went to rehab for issues with anorexia, bulimia and cutting. A source tells TMZ that Lovato moved into the sober living facility shortly after her inpatient rehab stint, despite owning a home in L.A.
