
Historic Downtown Bismarck Restaurant to Undergo Changes
A press release issued by the ND Hospitality Group, some big changes are coming to a downtown Bismarck restaurant.
The owners of Patterson Place Apartments are pleased to announce that the restaurant located at the corner of 5th and Main has been officially leased to ND Hospitality Group, the team behind popular local establishments, including The Paddle Trap and Shakers on 3rd.

The press release also stated that renovations will start July 1st of this year, and a grand opening will take place late this year (2026). The group said the renovations will be thoughtful and will be designed to preserve the historic charms and character that have made the establishment a beloved dining spot in our downtown community for years.
We are excited to welcome ND Hospitality Group and look forward to seeing their vision come to life in this iconic space," said a representative of the ownership group. "This transition represents a new chapter while honoring the rich history of the McKenzie and Patterson Hotels.
We don't know much else about the upcoming changes, but I think by looking at the post and all of the comments that this news has piqued some interest in our community.
