I said this before, I'm a Louisianan, I don't get the appeal of Duck Dynasty. I've only seen limited amounts of the show. So I guess my opinion is pointless. I find the show is not a true representation of South Louisiana and a very poor description of true Cajuns. Plus the show is just plain stupid and heavily scripted.( my worthless opinion again)

I could go on forever, but this story is not about my like or dislike of Duck Dynasty. The story is about a Las Vegas live musical production of Duck Dynasty that folks thought would rake in the bucks. But it is not raking in the bucks, it is closing after a month. This may have nothing to do with Duck Dynasty, it could be a poorly produced show.

"The Duck Commander Musical is based on the book “Duck Commander Family” by Willie and Korie Robertson, will shut down on May 17  after selling less than 100 tickets per performance, even after huge discounting, the Las Vegas Sun reports.

The show had opened April 15 at the 680-seat Crown Theater at the Rio hotel and casino. The Rio is also home to the Penn & Teller magic show and a Chippendales male revue.

If you want to see the live production, you should hurry before they drop the curtain for the final time and heck, you may get free tickets and you'll have a lot of leg room to stretch out for sure!
