Bismarck Starbucks Closed for the Week

Did you notice that several Bismarck Starbucks locations are closed?

Yesterday afternoon, my coworker informed me that she was in need of something caffeinated and delicious from Starbucks only to discover that she could not get her Starbucks fix. She had tried to get her coffee at THREE of the five Starbucks locations in Bismarck. Sadly, they were all closed. And, this morning, we found out the reason why.

Why are the standalone Bismarck Starbucks locations closed?

This morning, the district manager of our local Starbucks locations posted in Bismarck's People Reporting News to inform the community of what is going on. The post states that Starbucks is working to train all their new hires to better serve the people of Bismarck-Mandan. The post also says that once training is complete, Starbucks is set to reopen for business starting next week.

Almost everywhere in town is in desperate need of employees.

It is truly insane that everywhere in town seems to be desperately hiring because there is just not enough staff. Slow service and limited hours can be annoying, but we should all remember that most employees are doing what they can for customers. And it is important for customers to be kind to the people who are overworked and doing their best.

While it is unfortunate that we can't currently drive-through Starbucks on our way to work, have no fear, you can still get your fix. If you just can't wait to get your Starbucks, the location inside Target is still open for business!
