
Flood Watch All Weekend For Bismarck- Mandan and Area Counties
A strong low pressure system will move across the region though out the weekend and with the slow movement of this system, the potential of an additional 3-4 inches of rain, higher in some areas are anticipated this weekend according to the National Weather Service in Bismarck.
The NWS has issued a FLOOD WATCH for the entire area including the counties of Burleigh, Morton, Kidder, Mclean and Wells. The ground is already saturated and continued moisture will aggravate already soggy situations.

Severe thunder storms are possible for Saturday with dangerous lightning, gusty winds and heavy rain. Also expect cooler temperatures for the next 4-5 days.
