CONGRATULATIONS to our Geek Weeks grand prize winner, PAIGE K.!

For the past few weeks, we have been gearing up for iMagicon in Minot! And in exactly one week, it is officially happening! So, of course, Hot 97-5 had a fun cosplay contest, and your submissions DID NOT disappoint!

Let me tell you, it was difficult to pick a grand prize winner because every submission was unique, creative, and incredible. I loved the handmade costumes and fun background stories that went along with the images. But one person had to win - and the winner is PAIGE K.!

This is my female All Might cosplay! All Might is a character from the superpower anime called 'My Hero Academia.' And while I'm not male or have muscles for days I love this character, he always wants to save people with a smile.
I had a blast making this cosplay from the sewing and shading of the suit to trying to figure how how I would make their iconic bunny ear-esk hairstyle.
This character is my favorite to cosplay because I don't have to stop smiling to act like them. I get to just be me in my cosplay and 'Go Beyond! PLUS ULTRA!!!'
