In an effort to settle a false advertising lawsuit, Red Bull has announced that anyone that has purchased one of their beverages in the last 12 years is eligible for either $10 cash or $15 of their product.

The $13 million settlement comes after some people believed the company used a misleading slogan "Red Bull Gives You Wings!"

Despite the settlement, Red Bull still denies any wrongdoing. From a statement they released:

Red Bull settled the lawsuit to avoid the cost and distraction of litigation. However, Red Bull maintains that its marketing and labeling have always been truthful and accurate, and denies any and all wrongdoing or liability.
