I would imagine you are like me, you love living in Bismarck-Mandan, you have a job or two and you have watched the increase in rent and price of houses. How do you live in a place that may not be easy on your pocket? It's hard because paying $1000- $2000 a month in rent doesn't seem to make sense. So then you think of buying- do you buy a house, condo or do you build? What if you are not ready to make a commitment or don't have enough saved to buy a home? Then you look for places to rent.
