I Accept The Ice Bucket Challenge [VIDEO]

My friend challenged me on Twitter to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Not one to shy away from a challenge, I accept! 

On top of a donation to the ALS Association, I have donated to 2 charities that mean a lot to me. The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America and the United Ostomy Association of America.

I have challenged my good friend Monti Carlo, Hot 97.5's resident mixer Chris Reed, and my brother-in-law Greg to take the challenge.
