Incredible Acts Of Heart & Humanity Inside The Walls In Bismarck

Giving someone a second chance in life is what it's all about

The above sentence should say it all. I mean, after all, we all make mistakes, and unfortunately, some pay for them the rest of their life. Earlier this month, here in Bismarck, a nonprofit organization called "Hip Hop & Hope" displayed incredible acts of love and humanity inside the walls of the North Dakota Penitentiary. The event was called "Change Games 2026"  

"We meet people in the middle of their mess to remind them if they are not dead, then they are not done & God has a tremendous purpose for their life!" 

That is what is written on their Facebook page - So what was "Change Games 2026" all about?  An Instagram post described it as..."The Change Games 2026 took place on July 23, 2026, at the North Dakota State Penitentiary in Bismarck, featuring 19 mixed teams of incarcerated men and outside CrossFit athletes from groups like CrossFit Fargo and Big Muddy MetFix competing across four yard events"
