There’s A New Family Butcher Shop In Bismarck

Introducing Carnis Meats in Bismarck

We've got a brand new family butcher shop in town. Carnis Meats, located at 928 East Interstate Ave in Bismarck, is now open. According to an employee I spoke with on the phone, the butcher shop opened up about three weeks ago. It's currently a soft opening, and they are excited about their official Grand Opening on June 20th. They currently have some in-store specials, but they will have more for the general public during the June 20th Grand Opening.

It's not available right now, but Carnis Meats will be offering customers the ability to shop online and pick up. You can check out their website here. This is a family-owned and operated business. If you have questions at all about what you are buying or how to prepare it, the manager told me they are more than willing to give you tips and tricks to make the perfect protein. You never have to feel overwhelmed at the meat counter at Carnis Meats.

It's BBQ Season

I can smell that ribeye steak on the grill now. It looks like the temps are finally going to start resembling spring, and warmer temperatures are in the forecast. Let's hope they last, because I'm a barbecue guy, and to be honest, it's been too cold for the grill way too often this spring.
