You Can Still Rock in America and North Dakota for that matter.

The 80s rock band Night Ranger brought their 40th-anniversary tour to Prairie Knights  Casino on Friday, February 24th, 2024.  They played to a mostly sold-out crowd, that seemed very enthusiastic to relieve their youth.

Not only did Night Ranger play all their hits from the past 40 years, but also touched on some of their work with other bands and artists like Damn Yankees, and Ozzy Osbourne.

Night Ranger opened with "You Can Still Rock in America" and closed with their monster hit "Sister Christian".  Along the way you heard hits like "Sing Me Away", "Don't Tell Me You  Love Me", "When You Close Your Eyes", "Four in the Morning", and "Sentimental Street".

Night Ranger, who still has three of their original band members (Jack Blades, Brad Gillis, and Kelly Keagy), including both their lead singers (Blades and Keagy) showed they can still bring it all these years later.

Night Ranger has been a staple in rock music in North Dakota for as long as they've been around.

The 2nd concert I personally ever saw in my life was Night Ranger during the height of their popularity at the Red River Valley Fair in Fargo.  Over the years, they've also performed in Grand Forks, The North Dakota State Fair in Minot, and numerous other rock festivals, casinos, and other venues around the state.

Cool 98.7 Bismarck Mandan's Greatest Hits gave away numerous tickets to the show, including some of the best seats in the house.

Up next, you can win tickets to Journey and Toto in Grand Forks on Saturday, March 2nd.  Just listen to win on Monday and all next week.

In case you missed the Night Ranger show at Prairie Knights Casino, here are some incredible photos from one of our listeners.
