Ten years after releasing the unforgettable "SexyBack," Justin Timberlake thanked audiences at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night (July 31) for their enduring support over the course of his career.

The "Can't Stop The Feeling" singer, whose summer anthem was nominated for Choice Party Song, Choice Summer Song and Choice Song From a Movie or TV Show, found himself with a brand new Teen Choice Decade Award during the broadcast.

NBA legend Kobe Bryant introduced Timberlake, who underscored the importance of cultivating relationships with all types of people.

"My parents did their best not to fill my young mind with prejudice or hate, but with compassion and love," he said. "I try to live my life working most closely with, making music with, and spending so much of my time with an amazing group of people — male, female, straight, gay, every walk of life."
