Lady Gaga has a kind heart and she loves her little monsters. The dedication isn't lip service, either, as Ma Monster puts her money where her mouth is.

Even though she just had hip surgery to correct a labral tear, which forced her to cancel the rest of her Born This Way Ball tour, Gaga is sensitive to those with a similar plight. So much so in fact, that she is actually paying for one of her little monsters to have hip replacement surgery.

Gaga will foot the bill for an operation for a little monster named Emma, whom she named her first wheelchair after. Emma suffers from scoliosis and hip dysplasia, and she had reached out to Gaga. The singer was so moved by her story, that she got the young girl a meeting with her surgeon and has agreed to cover the costs of the procedure.

Emma tweeted (via WENN): "Gaga herself reached out to me and is hooking me up with her team of doctors, plus others, that did her surgery in NYC as I have been needing a hip replacement for quite some time (my left hip dislocated almost two weeks ago too.. I know, perfect timing, right?)"

She also posted: “We're planning on flying out this weekend, all expenses paid, for a consult. She won't be there, but the gesture is absolutely incredible and I broke down sobbing immediately afterwards… Words can't describe how incredibly BLESSED I am… I would like to send a MASSIVE thank you to Gaga, her entire team, as well as Cynthia and Joe for doing an incredible job of raising the most beautiful person I know."

How sweet of Gaga to open up her wallet for a lil' monster.

Meanwhile, she is focused on her own recovery, reportedly spending lots of time in Chicago with her BF Taylor Kinney. She is still using her wheelchairs, but she is walking a bit, as well.
