Miley Cyrus Posts Topless Instagram Selfie [NSFW PHOTO]

Miley Cyrus is seemingly open with her fans about everything these days, including sharing with her fans a selfie before heading into the shower.

The 21-year-old singer posted a selfie on Instagram today with the hashtag "#preshoweralfalfaselfielife" which depicts her topless, in front of a mirror, with her hair sticking up and her tongue sticking out, along with her arms covering her chest.

In other words, just another day of Miley being Miley.

Cyrus is no stranger to provocative pictures so shocking her fans and audiences really has become the norm for her as she continues on her Bangerz Tour. Cyrus is scheduled to perform in Lisbon, Portugal tomorrow and then continuing on to Spain, Belgium, England and wrapping up in Amsterdam. Cyrus will then return to the United States to make up for her missed U.S. dates due to her hospitalization in April.
