Minnesota’s Mall Of America Opening Unique Movie-Themed Cafe
The month of October is full of spooky fun, but that's not the only thing happening at Minnesota's Mall of America. I was just in Minnesota over the weekend, and if it were open, I would have absolutely stopped to check it out.
Something's Coming
There's a unique cafe opening later this month, and while it's geared towards kids, I'm sure this is one we all can enjoy.
With the Barbie movie, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, being an incredible box-office smash, it's no surprise that the Barbie theme is popping up all across the country.
A New Cafe
Yes, there will be a Malibu Barbie Cafe coming to the Mall of America on October 20th. Reservations are open now for booking. -- I believe the first available reservation date is October 27th.
See the Facebook announcement below:
About The Experience
According to BucketListers.com, the cafe will be a blast to the (Barbie) past. When you walk in you will see a 1970's Malibu theme. That means a lot of retro glam, laid-back beachy motifs, a life-sized Barbie box, Cali vibes and TONS of pink.
The source describes it as an immersive experience with food from a Master Chef finalist (Chef Becky Brown), desserts, and photo opportunities. There's even a roller-skating experience you can add on.
Pricing starts at $29 for kids and $39-44 for adults.
What a great way to make memories with the girl squad!
FYI: the new Malibu Barbie Cafe will be located inside the Nickelodeon Universe.

* Keep in mind, you will need a reservation. They are not allowing walk-ins at this time. The Malibu Barbie Cafe will be open until January 15th, 2024.
