Four Colors To Avoid Wearing In ND Unless You Love Mosquitoes
With all of this rain comes flowers, green grass, and one other thing that might not be very pleasant. It's something I think I can confidently say no one likes.
Dun dun dun....
Mosquitos.
Yes, mosquitoes are the peskiest bugs on the planet, if you ask me. They can make a perfectly beautiful, fun summer day unbearable.
With all of this rain and a holiday weekend coming up, I thought it would be good to share a tip on how to keep these awful creatures away from you so you can enjoy your festivities and time outdoors.
First things first, did you know there are some areas where you're more likely to get bitten by mosquitoes?

Mosquitoes like to hang out near stagnant water, like swamps, marshes, and rivers. Keep this in mind before you go out on the Missouri this summer. Bring extra bug spray because you're in their stomping grounds.
Bad Color Choices
Here's another thing you should consider. Did you know that mosquitoes are attracted to some colors more than others?
It's true. If you notice you're getting an unusual number of bug bites, you might want to consider changing your clothes.
According to a study that was done by the University of Washington, there are four colors you should try to avoid wearing.
The first color you need to avoid is black. For some reason, it attracts these awful bugs. You also need to avoid red, cyan, and orange.
Those colors are the worst ones to wear if you're trying to avoid mosquitoes. Hope this helps!
