New Restaurant Opening in Downtown Bismarck

Over the years, we've seen several businesses come and go from the downtown area. I can tell you, I was pretty sad when we lost the Toasted Frog. Soon, J&R Vacuum and Sewing will be gone, and we just heard that Jimmy V's is no more.

Tiff's Pub & Grub Opening Soon

Jimmy V's had a proper send off right after Thanksgiving, and as a matter of fact, it is turning into something new as we speak. According to a Facebook post, Tiff's Pub & Grub will open soon in the former Jimmy V's location.

In the post, the business owners said that renovations are currently underway. Looking at the pictures, you see a fresh coat of paint being rolled onto the once-bright red walls. Take a look at the photos they posted.

According to the restaurant's Facebook page, Tiff's Pub & Grub will be a family-friendly pizzeria and grill with craft beers and cocktails.

We haven't seen or heard that a grand opening date is set just yet, but keep your eyes peeled, it looks like things are moving along quickly.
