I moved out to Bismarck back in October of 2013, and in the almost 2 years I've lived in this beautiful city... I've never seen this sight.

It wasn't unusual for me while I lived on the west coast to see the price of a gallon of gas change almost daily. Most of the time, the price would only change by a couple of cents at a time... but could change by more than $.20 in a week.

Since I've moved to the Bismarck/Mandan area, I've noticed 2 things about gas prices. 1) Everyone changes their prices at pretty much the same time, so the city's gas stations are all in sync and competitive. 2) When the price of gas changed, it was always in $.10 increments, and the price ALWAYS ended in 9

Well, today that all changed!

Guess everything changes eventually!
