Ink enthusiasts, look out! There's a new tattoo shop that quietly opened in downtown Bismarck approximately four months ago.

Look for Sacred Souls Tattoos at 200 E Main Ave Ste 100, Bismarck.

While driving through downtown Bismarck, the red lettering on the windows caught my eye, and I had to find out how I had missed this new spot opening in town.

I contacted the owner, who told me their name is Nokes and that they've been tattooing for roughly 16 years.

I started when I was young. It has always been my passion to create art," said Nokes.

They went on to say it's not just about tattooing.

"I don't only tattoo; I dabble in all arts from graffiti to oil painting, acrylics, sign painting, airbrushing, and I paint custom cars."

As a matter of fact, Nokes sent me a picture of a car they hand-painted.

They told me that their goal is to "push out quality art without the rockstar attitude."

It sounds like Bismarck is dealing with a well-rounded artist and business owner.
