North Dakota Born Actor Lends Voice to ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’

One of this summer's biggest blockbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, will feature a North Dakota connection.

Actor Alan Ritchson, who was born in Grand Forks in 1984, will voice Raphael, one of the four heroes in a half-shell.

Ritchson is probably best known for his role as Thad Castle on Spike's Blue Mountain State and Aquaman on The CW's Smallville. He also portrayed Gloss in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire in 2013.
