According to the North Dakota Attorney General, no off-sale liquor can be sold after 2 a.m. on Thanksgiving. Yep, that means we need to stock up the day before, otherwise you're toast...or rather, without a Thanksgiving toast.
The source says regular rules apply for the rest of the week, with sales banned between 2 and 8:00 a.m.
Keep in mind that local ordinances may be stricter; however, Bismarck and Mandan both follow this rule.
