A veterinarian in North Dakota claims to have taken a look at all of Santa's reindeer and says they have a clean bill of health for Christmas Eve.

Dr. Reichert of Casselton Veterinary Clinic posted a health certificate on Facebook confirming that all the reindeer have been checked.

Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Dohner, Blitzen and Rudolph were all treated for 'Gingerbreaditis,' a common illness many animals and humans alike suffer this time of year.

Fortunately, all nine reindeer are set to go on Christmas Eve. Though Santa will enjoy all the cookies left out for him, he should probably avoid sharing any with his reindeer given their recent bout of 'Gingerbreaditis.'

I'm sure Santa can come up with other ways to reward his helpers for delivering toys to all the boys and girls around the world.

The top of the health certificate states that the owner is indeed Santa Claus with an address at the North Pole so we know that these were the real reindeer and not impostors.

Thank you Dr. Reicher for getting the famous reindeer all set for their journey around the world.
