Officer Busted Tripping and Pushing Students Celebrating Huge Soccer Victory [VIDEO]

The police are supposed to serve and protect. Not trip and push.

Yet that's exactly what seems to have happened in Austin, Texas at the end of a high school soccer game last weekend.

Video recorded by a teenager caught officer George Bermudez tripping and pushing students rushing the field after Vandegrift High School's won its first state soccer title on Saturday.

Bermudez, who has been on the force since 2005, has been placed on paid leave while the matter is investigated.
