The holidays will be here before you know it, and if you plan on having family travel to Bismarck, you want to make sure all of your family members can come.

Yes, I consider pets a part of the family, more than some cousins.

Bismarck has several pet-friendly options to make your holiday paws-itively purrfect!

Double-check their pet policies in case they have breed restrictions and/or extra fees.

There may be more, but I was able to find three hotels in the area that clearly state that they allow pets to stay in the rooms.

While it might be cold and snowy when your family comes to visit for the holidays, there are plenty of places you can take your furry friends to do a little dashing in the snow.

You can go for a walk around Sertoma Park, and explore the wonderland together.

You could also check out the Missouri Riverwalk. Who doesn't love to see all of the ice chuck float down the river?

Remember to pack all the essentials for your four-legged friend --pet beds, blankets, a couple squeaky toys, a holiday sweater, leashes, and of course, a few treats.
