Valentine's Day is just two days away, so hopefully you have all your romantic plans in order and are ready for a wonderful date night with your sweetheart. If you haven't ironed out all of the details yet...ruh roh - as Scooby Doo would say. You'd better start calling around to make a reservation, because restaurants are filling up fast here in North Dakota. I was lucky to get a reservation for two at Bismarck's Stonehome.

With Valentine's Day on the horizon, articles are popping up left and right, saying where you can go for the best flowers and which hotels are best for staycationing in North Dakota. Another article from LoveFood.com recently named one North Dakota restaurant the "most romantic".

If you really want your date to swoon and be impressed, you need to go to Mezzaluna in Fargo. According to the source, the restaurant isn't necessarily known for fine dining, but it is recognized for being one of the most upscale restaurants in the state. Some of the items you can expect to see on the menu include salmon, fava bean succotash, and shrimp fettuccine.

I've never been to this restaurant, so I was curious...what's the vibe? I looked up pictures, and she's cute. The restaurant almost has a sort of speakeasy look.
