Sanford Health Overhauls Walk-In Clinic Wait Times in ND

Sanford Health just announced that it's launching a new time-saving feature for its walk-in clinics in Bismarck. A new online scheduling option called "Reserve My Spot" will soon roll out in My Sanford Chart.

The new feature will let patients reserve their place in line before arriving at the clinic, so Bismarck residents seeking non-emergency care will no longer have to spend hours in the waiting room.

Sanford published a press release announcing the news and explained that patients can click the "Reserve a spot" option, then answer a few questions about their condition, select a clinic, and choose an estimated arrival time.

We know convenience matters to our patients. Reserve My Spot gives patients more control over their care experience by allowing them to check in online and better plan their visit while still receiving the high-quality care they expect from Sanford Health,  said Ashley Herauf, Clinic Director, Sanford Bismarck.

Patients don't even need a My Sanford Chart account; individuals without an account will only need to complete a short registration form to reserve their place in line.

While you can reserve a spot online, keep in mind that Sanford will still prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition. This ensures everyone receives the appropriate level of care as quickly and safely as possible.

Reserve My Spot is currently available at the following Sanford Health locations in Bismarck-Mandan, Dickinson, and Minot:
