Gomez delivered a moving message and special surprise to a young lady named Hannah, who suffers from primordial dwarfism, for the teen's 18th birthday and to celebrate the 2,500th episode of 'Maury.' It was Hannah's seventh appearance on the show -- and we're willing to bet her favorite one, too.
